Author's Guideline

1. General Information
  • All manuscripts must strictly follow the official conference template (Word or LaTeX), which can be downloaded from the conference website or here.
  • Do not alter the margins, layout, headers/footers, or pagination of the template.
  • The submitted manuscript must be in its final, complete, and camera-ready form – no further changes will be possible after submission.
  • Authors are required to run a spell-check and thorough proofreading before submission.
2. Manuscript Preparation
a. Title and Authors
  • Titles must follow the APA capitalisation style.
  • Author names must be written in full (first name + last name). If no last name exists, repeat the first name.
  • The corresponding author must be marked with an asterisk (*) and a valid email address.
b. Abstract and Keywords
  • Titles must follow the APA capitalisation style.
  • Author names must be written in full (first name + last name). If no last name exists, repeat the first name.
  • The corresponding author must be marked with an asterisk (*) and a valid email address.
c. Structure of the Paper
  • The manuscript should normally contain:
    1. Introduction
    2. Literature Review
    3. Methodology
    4. Results and Discussion
    5. Conclusion
    6. References

d. Figures, Tables and Lists
  • All figures and tables must be numbered consecutively.
  • Captions must be placed above tables and below figures.
  • Tables must be editable, not inserted as images.
  • Place figures and tables close to where they are cited in the text.
3. Citations & References
  • The citation style follows Springer LNCS (citation-order style).
  • References must be numbered in square brackets [ ] according to their first appearance. Example: “This method has been widely applied [1, 2].”
  • The reference list must be ordered based on citation sequence, not alphabetically.
    – Journal/Proceedings: [1] Lastname, Initials: “Article Title,” Journal/Proceedings Title, Vol. X, No. Y, pp. a–b, Year.
    – Book: [2] Lastname, Initials: Book Title. Publisher, Year.
    – Website: [3] Organisation: “Page Title,” Year. Available at: URL [Accessed: Date].
4. Ethics & Plagiarism Policy
  • All submissions will undergo plagiarism screening (Turnitin/Other tools).
  • The similarity index must not exceed 20%.
  • Authors are fully responsible for ensuring originality and compliance with COPE publishing ethics.
5. Submission Process
  • Manuscripts must be submitted through the official submission system.
  • Only one final version (camera-ready) will be accepted.
  • Files to be uploaded:
    – Manuscript (Word/LaTeX source)
    – Plagiarism screening score (PDF)
    – Optional supplementary files (Dataset or Analysis result)
6. Important Notes
  • No changes will be possible once the manuscript has been submitted.
  • Ensure that author names, affiliations, titles, citations, and references are final and correct.
  • Accepted papers will be published with DOIs and submitted for indexing in Scopus or Web of Science.
